We commence processing and sending all orders 2-5 business days after we have received the confirmation of your order. An notification together with tracking information will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.

We have several shipping methods and charges that are designed to meet your needs and budget. The checkout page will display the possible alternatives including the corresponding fees depending on your purchase weight and shipping address.

- Standard Shipping: is the most affordable way to go, typically running between 2 and 7 business days.
- Advance Shipping: has a quicker delivery service and will get to you in 2-3 business days after purchase but at extra cost.
Once it has been shipped you will get a notification that contains a product ID. The product ID which allows you to track the delivery process of the order.
Delivery locations:
In India, we are delivering in all major urban areas, as well as towns. In case of remote areas, we don’t deliver in remote areas for now. But In case you have any concerns regarding delivery in your place of residence, kindly get in touch with us before buying anything.
Delivery Timeframes:
The expected timeframes for delivery are not definite as they are just estimates which could mess up high customer demand and courier delay among others; it gets worse when there are natural calamities. In such cases we try as much as possible to alert clients about it if anything comes up unexpectedly.
